Store Policies

We offer shipping on products deliverable by United Parcel Service (UPS). We ship products Monday through Friday. Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery. Return Policy - We back up every sale with our Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our products or our service, we'll refund your money.  Just return any new or unused product within 30 days of the received date and we'll refund the purchase price. All returns are subject to inspection. Any product that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or damaged and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to refuse any return. www.railmaps.com, a division of DeskMap Systems, Inc. will not accept any product that appears to have been used. Inspections of returned merchandise by www.railmaps.com, a division of DeskMap Systems, Inc. are completed within seven business days of receipt of the return. www.railmaps.com, a division of DeskMap Systems, Inc. cannot accept returns of custom ordered products. You may return an item within 30 days of the received date. Please mark the corresponding invoice number as clearly as possible on the outside of all boxes being returned. This will help us process your return in a timely manner. When returning a product, we strongly suggest that you use traceable United Parcel Ground Service from your nearest staffed UPS facility. All returns must be sent prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned product for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
